At OnlinePhotoPrinting.uk, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds:
Damaged or Incorrect Products: If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will require a photo of the damaged or incorrect item sent to our customer service team. You can choose to receive a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Custom Orders: As all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that are no longer wanted or were ordered in the wrong size. Please double-check your order details before completing the purchase.
Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it, as our production process begins swiftly. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once production has started.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days once we have confirmed the issue with your order. The refund will include the product cost and any related shipping expenses.
